I recently stayed at Golden Tulip in Sao Joao da Madeira for a friend's wedding. Our room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the hotel's restaurant. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

A Great Stay at Golden Tulip

I recently stayed at a hotel in São João da Madeira and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, with its modern architecture and comfortable amenities, provided a truly enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, and the bathroom was warm and inviting. I was pleased to find a flat LCD TV, a large desk, and a minibar in my room, making it perfect for both work and relaxation.

Although there may have been a few minor drawbacks, such as a closed swimming pool and limited air conditioning in common areas, the overall experience at Golden Tulip was excellent. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that I had a comfortable stay, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional.

Hotel room was very good value for money. Dinner in the restaurant wasn't of the same standard unfortunately.

Breakfast was not for 4 star hotel. I come here every year and the last year quality is going down. On top of that there was no internet for almost 2 days.

The hotel is modern, clean, and offers great amenities for business travelers. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free parking and Wi-Fi were definitely a plus. The location was very convenient, close to the city center and easily accessible. The breakfast was complete and offered a good variety of options.

The air conditioning did not work properly and our room was quite warm. There were no irons available in the room, only a paid laundry/ironing service, which was a bit inconvenient.
